What is a win recipe?
A win recipe is your unique, secret sauce, to why you win customers and like any good recipe, it gives you a model to repeat so you can win more sales in the future.

A win recipe combines the self-awareness of the value you offers customers plus the market knowledge of what consequences customers face if they don’t deploy your solution.

Building a Win Recipe-

Step 1- Understand your strengths: Make sure your strengths are hard to copy and remember your strengths are not always going to be product related.

Step 2- Evaluate the market to find customers that face the challenge you address. Develop your Ideal Prospect Definition.

Step 3- Outreach- Spark the buyer’s curiosity with outreach that exposes a knowledge gap. Expose that they don’t know something.

Step 4- Confirm the consequences of the buyer not taking action to avoid no decisions.

Step 5- Demonstrate how your solution uniquely addresses the gaps they face.

Step 6- Close the discussion with a summary of why your solution is the best choice. Why us?
